If you don’t recognise a transaction on your BuildMyCreditScore card, freeze your card in the app and get in touch as soon as possible. You should always contact BuildMyCreditScore directly and not the bank your account is linked to.
You can check the transaction details by clicking on it in your transaction list. Have a look at all the information to confirm it isn’t a transaction you made. If you still don’t recognise it, freeze your card immediately and email us at help@buildmycreditscore.com.
