What happens if I cancel my Direct Debit or you are unable to collect funds?

If we fail to collect funds due the first time by direct debit, we will attempt a second time a few days later. We will always try reaching out first to let you know we’ve been unable to collect and we’re trying again.

If the payments fail again, your account will go into our Collections and Recoveries process and a £35 admin fee will be applied after 7 days.

We’ll apply a further fee of 25% of the total owed after one month and your account will be handed over to our debt recovery agent. If after six months, our debt collectors are unsuccessful at recovering funds, or agreeing a plan, we will register a default and possibly even a county court judgement. This will impact your ability to obtain credit for six years.
