If your card is lost or stolen, you must freeze it as soon as possible via your mobile app. You can also replace your card in the same section.
You may be charged a small fee of £5 for a replacement card, so it’s important that you keep your card safe.

I don't understand about the switching of accounts..If i bought shopping at £65 i can use my card for 40 then you said my normal debit card won't work??? and i then have to go through a hassle of using my phone whilst in a shopping queue to allow my normal credit card to be used??
