Why is the Credit Score in your app different to other services?

The Credit Score we show in the BuildMyCreditScore app comes from your "True Vision" score, which is provided to us by TransUnion. The score we show in your app is up to date but, because different Credit Reference Agencies may calculate your score different and use different bandings, it may differ from what you see from other providers.

We report your spending and account activity to the Credit Reference Agencies and they will use that information, amongst information received from other financial institutions, to calculate your score.
